Account & Profile Data:

- Business name, address, and phone number
- Opening hours, photos, category, bio, and other information
- Data you import from your Google Business Profile or enter manually
- Service areas, languages spoken, and how you heard about Mawqei
Payment Data:
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive only a transaction reference and subscription status from Paddle. Paddle's privacy practices are described at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Usage & Technical Data:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, referrer URLs, and time spent on pages
- Website visitor counts and analytics (anonymised)
2. How We Use Your Data
- Create and manage your business website at mawqei.site/yourbusiness
- Enable customers to discover and contact you through your website
- Process and manage your subscription through Paddle
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription receipts)
- Provide customer support and assistance
- Improve our platform and detect fraud or abuse
- Comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary to operate the platform:

Your public profile data (name, photo, bio, category, address, phone number) is visible to any visitor to your public profile URL.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage solely to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
