Last updated: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mawqei.site ("Platform", "we", "us") at mawqei.site, operated by Osaad (also trading as Osaad.tech). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About Mawqei
Mawqei is a platform that empowers businesses and individuals in the UAE and the Arab world to create professional, mobile-optimized websites in minutes. By simply connecting your Google Business Profile, our platform automatically builds a ready-to-launch website for you. All backed by an affordable subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must be based in or primarily operate within the UAE or the Arab region.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paddle as Merchant of Record — All paid subscriptions are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle, not with Mawqei. Paddle is responsible for collecting payment, issuing receipts and invoices, and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT). For billing queries, contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
Available Plans:
- Mawqei Pro Yearly — 180 AED billed annually (auto-renewing subscription)
Auto-Renewal:
The Pro plan automatically renews each year at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. For auto-renewing plans, we will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.
4. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to your website. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information (fake business data, false claims)
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
- Use the Platform to spam, harass, or deceive customers or other users
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Platform's business directory for commercial purposes
- Upload content that is harmful, disrespectful, or illegal in any way
If your website contains harmful, disrespectful, or any illegal content, we reserve the right to delete your account without notification and no refund will be allowed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
5. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
Mawqei is built on and integrates with the following third-party services. By using the Platform you acknowledge that your use is also subject to each provider's own terms of service.
Database & Authentication Provider:
Your account credentials, profile data, and analytics are stored securely with a third-party database provider (EU region). The same provider manages your login sessions. Mawqei has no access to your raw password — only a secure hash is stored.
Hosting & Infrastructure Provider:
The Mawqei web application is served via a third-party cloud hosting provider with a global edge network. That provider handles HTTPS, CDN delivery, and server execution. It may process request-level metadata (IP address, URL path, headers) for infrastructure and security purposes.
Paddle — Payments (Merchant of Record):
All paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. See Section 3 for full details. Your payment contract is with Paddle; their terms of service and privacy policy govern all billing and payment data.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your website. By uploading content you grant Mawqei a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and showing your website to customers. Mawqei owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors or that your business will receive customer enquiries. We make no guarantees about the number of customer contacts or sales you will receive.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mawqei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. For payment and billing disputes handled by Paddle, Paddle's terms and jurisdiction apply.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a banner on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
